Ang maglingkod sa pamilya at Armed Forces of the Philippines.
As a Father
Being a soldier and a father is hard task to perform, but in MGen Napoleon B Malana's case it is not as hard as others thought. His experiences as a soldier are proofs of his desire to serve his country and people.
He said it is not easy taking care of 130,000 strong AFP members, it is not easy assisting the CSAFP, in formulating policies, planning, directing and supervising pertaining to personnel matters in the AFP but he never missed to do his duties as a father and husband and a good provider to his family.
He is a devoted soldier and a family man. Because of his duties, he may be away from his family most of the time but he sees it that they are all taken care of.
